安装有Windows Mobile 5, Windows CE 5, Windows CE 6, WINDOWS Mobile 6, Windows Mobile 6.1, Windows Mobile 6.5操作系统的数据采集器与Windows7/Windows8操作系统的PC连接时，需要Windows7/Windows8中安装有Windows Mobile Device Center同步软件，正常情况下Windows7/Windows8是安装有该软件的，但也有个别的系统没有这个软件，并且在做在线搜索安装的时候也不成功，这时可以通过下载Windows Mobile Device Center来手动安装该软件。
